Scientists told how to feed children before exams

Before the exams, children should eat blueberries. Scientists from the University of Reading have found that it promotes short-term enhancement of brain activity.
The scientists worked with a group of children of primary school age. Researchers gave the pupils simple tasks. Each schoolchild had to follow the progress of the arrows on the computer screen. Simultaneously it was necessary to press the keys that correspond to their direction.
Children, who drank blueberry juice before the task, mastered the test faster and performed it more accurately than the rest by 10%.
