Scientists of the School of Biomedicine at the Far Eastern Federal University (FEFU) have developed food products that will help survive at the cold period and not get sick.
So, meat pate with cucumber, marmalade with brown seaweed, sausage with kelp and other novelties postgraduate students presented at the International Conference on Food Technology for Nutrition in Cold Regions, which was held in China.
