2014 Audi A6 Allroad Estate Review

A6 Allroad offers you a decent speed with 3.0-litre diesel even at the entry level. The performance gets more powerful, quick and flexible with the flagship bi-turbo biTDI engine. Slick-shifting automatic gearbox is fitted in all the versions.
Allroad will provide you a composed and secure ride on the main roads as it an ultimate motorway cruiser just like the A6 Avant. You will find maximum comfort when the car is at its best speed. It gets a bit firm at the bumpy surfaces.
The two low-powered diesel engines are quite and smooth whereas the BiTDI engine has addictive sporty exhaust note. The large amount of wind noise is its serious drawback.
It’s an expensive one because of its relatively large sized engines. Although A6 Allroad is pretty economical provide 40 mpg and strong resale value which will bring down its cost for you. But the problem is A6 Avant provides the same abilities at lesser price.
His car is another proof of the reputation of Audi for providing fine quality cabins. From the material to the built and detailing, everything is just flawless. The overall appearance is no less than the more expensive A8 luxury saloon.
Safety devices are loaded in Audi A6 like stability control and six airbags. In the Euro NCAP, Audi A6 has scored the maximum 5 stars so we can consider is as a safe one.
In order to provide the most comfortable driving position, A6 allots range of adjustments and supportive seats. The upper dashboard is quite refreshing and is devoid of clutter. The MMI system creates a link between on screen menus and rotary control knob.
Nice and roomy front and rear. Rear one relevant for couples of six footers. But the hard central seat and the large transmission tunnel might make it uncomfortable for the third one.
Allroad fits in the category of the premium product as it is a well-equipped car. Each model is having a 4*4 style body kit, adaptive kit along with bumpers, sills finish with contrasting colors and wheel arches. Inside the cabin you will find Bluetooth, full leather upholstery, dual-zone climate, sat-nav and standard rear parking sensors. DAB radio, head up display and adaptive cruise control is optional.
