Introduced in 2003 to replace the oldie, the S-Series, Saturn Ion earned great speculation and came up as a revolutionizing car for General Motors. The Ion was a stylish-looking car with perfect engine performance at both high and low revs with manual gearbox. The engine came as 2.2-liter four-cylinder Ecotec engine. The interiors were refined with nice sleek styling. The car came in two body styles- a four-door sedan and a modern age four-door Quad Coupe with two rear-hinged doors. The ride is comfortable with good power-steering, brakes and flexible suspension. The car is strong in technical fronts with OnStar, X satellite radio and many security and safety features like airbags, engine immobilizer and anti-lock brakes to prevent theft.
